About Us

James learned construction in Western Washington under the guidance of his uncles, gaining hands-on experience that laid the foundation for his skills and craftsmanship. After relocating back to North Idaho in 2020, he had time to reflect and envision a business built on honesty, quality, and trust. In late 2021, he asked Jess to join him, and together they launched Mr. Clean Fix as a handyman business—but their ambitions were always bigger: creating a full-service home improvement company known for excellence and reliability.

    Co-Owner

    With over 12 years of construction experience, James learned the craft from his uncles in Western Washington. After relocating back to North Idaho in 2020, he envisioned a company that would not only fix homes but build lasting relationships. In late 2021, he partnered with Jess to establish Mr. Clean Fix. James is passionate about delivering meticulous craftsmanship and ensuring every project reflects integrity and excellence.

    Jess

    Co-Owner

    Jess is the organizational backbone of Mr. Clean Fix. She ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish, managing client communication, coordinating schedules, and overseeing operations. Her focus on detail and customer satisfaction keeps the business and team running at the highest standard.

    Subcontractor

    Dave is a subcontractor with a strong background in carpentry and a retired military veteran. His precision, experience, and work ethic allow him to tackle complex projects efficiently, making him an indispensable part of the Mr. Clean Fix team. Retired Air Force, general contractor, and owns his own woodworking business. Dave began helping Mr. Clean Fix thrive in September of 2022.

    Rick

    Subcontractor

    Rick is a subcontractor, former business owner, and drywall specialist. His versatility, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise support a wide variety of projects, ensuring high-quality results and satisfied clients. With over 25 years in the remodeling field Rick makes a fun addition to the team and he’s been assisting Mr. Clean Fix since spring 2023.
